We regularly deliver worldwide via FedEx, offering a fast and efficient service to your door. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email from FieldCandy and from FedEx, who provide full tracking details of your order.
We pay all duties and taxes that may arise along the way in most countries, including all EU countries, Australia, Canada, Channel Islands, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, UAE and the USA. All other countries may be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties.
Every tent is checked for quality assurance before leaving the FieldCandy factory. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase or the quality has been compromised in any way, please contact us with your order reference number, problem description, photo of any damage and Unique Product Number. We usually answer emails within one working day and will contact you to organise a collection if necessary and explain any procedures.
You are within your rights to return a product to us within a seven-day cooling-off period (see CONSUMER RIGHTS), we will process your refund as soon as possible, within 30 days of the date of your cancellation notice. In this case, we will refund the price of the Goods in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Unfortunately, international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU) and understandably we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
