Our Designers

Every FieldCandy tent is a unique and rare piece of practical outdoor art, many are now shown in galleries around the world, sold at charity auctions and held in private art collections.

Some are Limited Editions, and all are printed and manufactured to the highest possible quality in England.

All artists, designers and photographers invited to design our outstanding range of tents are carefully chosen by FieldCandy for their dedication to their respective art forms and unique points of view, and currently include those listed below.

  1. Jackie Spurrier

Jackie is from the English West Country, who adores walking in the countryside and talking to cows.  A conversation with a cow led to her first cow portrait ten years ago and Jackie has been a prolific cow painter ever since. She loves camping with her young family, playing netball, going to the theatre, singing and crime drama, although not all at the same time.

  2. Andy Cahill

Andy left Salisbury College of Art in the early eighties and soon after started his own photographic studio called Photoworks. Right from an early age Andy knew he was going to be a photographer - while his mates were busy playing football or watching Top of the Pops, Andy was experimenting with cameras and building his own dark room.

  3. Luke Bonner

Luke is an award-winning Art Director working in advertising and branding. He currently delivers his craft at one of the highest rated independent agencies in the UK. Now a retired musician, Luke spends his spare time 'caring for curiosity' for many years, as a writer, guerilla dancer and through the medium of viewing Australian soaps.

  4. Emma Atkinson

Emma was born in the middle of England and ever since she can remember she has been writing stories which she also illustrates and paints. Emma graduated with a degree in Illustration and her dream is to become a successful children’s book illustrator. She loves all types of illustration and has always loved camping!

  5. Jack Maxwell

Jack was born and raised in the idyllic countryside of the English West Country. Since then he’s swapped the country life for the hustle and bustle of East London. He now works at a interactive design studio as a graphic designer as well as undertaking his own personal projects.
