FIELDCANDY at the GRAMMYs

FieldCandy was proud to be invited to display our Outstanding Tents at the 54th GRAMMY Awards and we recieved a fab reception from the star’s

After an exhausting three days of rehearsals, Sunday 12th February was a day to remember, and by the end of the night FieldCandy had made many celebrity friends.

Brandon Heath, who was nominated for six GRAMMY’s, told us that "FieldCandy was the talk of the backstage". 

Rami Jaffee - from the Foo Fighters loved this Sweet Dream Original Explorer. The band said that "Darryl Hannah had insisted that they check out FieldCandy tents".

Stevie Van Zandt from the E Street Band, who often support Bruce Springsteen, already knew all about us from our feature on TheCoolHunter, and they were all over the tents when they saw them in real life!

Bond girl and actress Jane Seymour was delighted that our tents were made in England, and very complimentary about the quality. 

 

Others who were bowled over by FieldCandy's Outstanding Tents included Kyle Richards, star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She particularly liked our What a Leopard tent.

 

Sweedish - American alternative rock band Carolina Liar, whose music features on many American tv shows including the Vampire Diaries, loved the FieldCandy What a Melon tent.

American gospel singer Le'andria Johnson wanted to take a FieldCandy tent out camping.

Feminist Hip Hop Pioneer M C Lyte was really getting into the FieldCandy spirit when she checked out our Don't Be a Leopard tent. 

Big stars OK GO were also intrigued by our designs. Perhaps they could take Animal Farm for a spin on their festival circuit!

Many other celebrities also showed interest in our unique designs, including Daniel McGinty (Celtic Thunder),  Niel Patrick Harris (Barney - How I met your Mother), Esperanza Spalding (American Jazz bassist), Angel Taylor (Trin-i-tee 5:7) and Paul McCartney's drummer Abe Laboriel.
